2. Is delivery and setup included?
Delivery is often curbside, with setup extra.
3. Is there an order minimum or delivery fee by distance?
Rural venues can add mileage.
4. What time will you pick up?
Late-night pickups often carry a surcharge.
5. What is the damage waiver fee?
Usually a non-refundable percentage that covers minor breakage.
6. Do linens need to be cleaned before return?
Usually shake out and bag dry (wet linens mold!).
7. When are our counts final?
Ask when you can still change quantities.
8. Is the tent weather-proof?
Ask about wind ratings and sidewalls for rain.
9. Do you provide layout diagrams?
Helps make sure everything fits in your venue.
10. What is the deposit and payment schedule?
Most vendors take 25-50% to hold your date. Get the balance due date in writing.
